How to receive tickets

Mobile receipt
Customers who have purchased tickets in advance at the homepage of Bucheon Arts Center may enter the Concert Hall after receiving the tickets as mobile tickets. You may enter after scanning the activated mobile ticket bar code at the entrance of the Concert Hall on the performance day.

Receipt of tickets from the automatic ticket dispenser on-site
Any person who intends to enter the Concert Hall with a printed ticket instead of a mobile ticket enter the Concert Hall after issuing the ticket after entering the information on the advance purchase at the automatic ticket dispenser installed at the lobby on each floor of Bucheon Arts Center on the performance day.

Receipt of tickets from Ticket Box on-site
You may also enter the Concert Hall after presenting the reservation number and ID to the staff member at the Ticket Box and receiving the ticket on the performance day.
Closing time for cancellation and cancellation fee
- · Tickets may be cancelled and refunded until 17:00 on the previous day of performance.
- · Cancellation and refunding are not allowed on the performance day.
